BOULDER, Colo.-SpectraLink Corp. announced it has provided its NetLink Wireless Telephones for a Wi-Fi network deployment at the HP Pavilion sports and entertainment arena in Northern California.
The arena is home to the San Jose Sharks.
The HP Pavilion installed more than 100 Airespace Inc. 1200 access points and several Airespace 4000 wireless local area network switches as part of the deployment. The network will support wireless data and Internet access for staff, tour show personnel and event attendees.
The NetLink phones work on the Airespace WLAN system and integrate the arena’s PBX system. Two phone models are included in the deployment-the NetLink e340 and the NetLink i640.
