SAN JOSE, Calif.-AirTight Networks released its new SpectraGuard 2.0 product, which the company said can protect against Wi-Fi security threats. The company said its new security technology can scan for unauthorized attempts to access corporate Wi-Fi networks and can evaluate and protect against such attacks.
“We cover all of the different access points,” said David King, the company’s chief executive officer. SpectraGuard “can scan the air.”
AirTight recently changed its name from Wibhu Technologies, a move that coincided with a new $10.25 million in venture funding. King said the company’s new SpectraGuard technology, along with the name change, helps to unify the company’s offerings.
