AUCKLAND, New Zealand-Argent Networks, which develops customer-care and billing solutions for fixed and mobile telecom companies, said it raised $8 million in capital from TMT Ventures and No 8 Ventures.
The funds will be used to expand the company’s operations in the Middle East and Africa.
