ORLANDO PARK, Ill.-Andrew Corp. said it has agreed to sell its mobile antenna product business to PCTEL Inc. for $10 million in cash. This includes its global positioning satellite, consumer and professional antenna products, according to the company.
The company also is exiting the automotive antenna business.
Meanwhile, the company released its fourth-quarter results marked by a 41-percent sales surge amounting to $487.8 million compared with $344.9 million the same period last. Its net income was $.6 million, or 0 cents per share, compared with a loss of $1.2 million, or 1 cent per share in the year-ago quarter.
