PLANO, Texas-MetaSolv Software Inc. reported an agreement with Dominican Republic telecommunications services provider Verizon Dominicana to supply its service activation solution to deploy mobile wireless services. MetaSolv said the solution provides flow-through activation of high-volume mobile services and will enable Verizon Dominicana to automate the delivery of mobile voice services over multiple vendors’ network elements.
“MetaSolv’s wireless activation solution enables us to dramatically increase customer satisfaction by decreasing subscriber activation times from minutes to seconds and ultimately decreasing time to revenue,” said Carlos Risi, operational support services manager at Verizon Dominicana.
Terms of the agreement were not released.
MetaSolv currently provides its order management, network resource management and service activation deployment solution to Verizon Dominicana’s wireline operations.
