Rogers expands HSPA coverage

Canadian carrier Rogers Wireless has expanded its High Speed Packet Access coverage to include five markets in Quebec, and now covers those markets as well as 20 others across Canada.
The carrier launched its new, high-speed network in November of last year in the greater Toronto area. The five new markets include Quebec City, greater Montreal, Trois-Rivieres, Chicoutimi and Gatineau. Rogers has used the new HSPA network to offer new services such as video calling and faster access to other multimedia services, such as video and audio on demand and an over-the-air music download service.
