BOSTON-Predictive analytics firm Compete Inc. reported that Adam Guy has joined the company as director of its wireless industry practice.
Prior to joining Compete, Guy was a senior analyst at The Yankee Group where he focused on wireless carriers and their approaches to distribution, pricing, market segmentation and technology platforms. Guy also previously served as director of wireless research at InfoTek Research, senior analyst of mobile wireless research at The Strategis Group and as a congressional communications specialist in the Washington, D.C., office of GTE Corp.
“Adam will be responsible for the further expansion of the wireless practice, as well as the development of new services to help carriers identify new revenue opportunities, reduce costs and lower churn,” said Stephen DiMarco, vice president of marketing and client services at Compete.
