MELBOURNE, Fla.-AirNet Communications Corp. said it received $3 million in purchase orders from Tecore Wireless Systems for three new deployments in the Middle East and Africa. The orders include AirNet’s AdaptaCell BTS 4000 with the AirSite Backhaul Free base station and related equipment.
A portion of the orders has been shipped, and the remainder is scheduled to ship in the second quarter. The orders mark the first shipment of the AdaptaCell BTS 400 to international markets.
