BEDMINSTER, N.J.-Off-premise automated teller machine provider Triton entered into an agreement with Verizon Wireless to support a CDMA option on Triton ATMs.
The Verizon Wireless option will be offered on new ATMs, as an upgrade to more than 50,000 Triton ATMs already installed that are currently using dial-up phone lines, and for Triton customers running CDPD-based ATMs, which are scheduled to be phased out at the end of this year.
“This is a great opportunity for Verizon Wireless and helps solidify our company as the leader in the financial sector,” said Cindy Patterson, vice president of enterprise data sales for Verizon Wireless.
