STOCKHOLM-Mobilaris announced that, in partnership with L.M. Ericsson, it has delivered its location-based solution to ZAO Sonic Duo, a carrier operating in Moscow on the Russian nationwide mobile network MegaFon.
The company will use Mobilaris’ Pacific Ocean LBS middleware and also will receive a toolkit for developing new location-based services. “Operators investing in Pacific Ocean gain the advantage of significantly lower internal costs for development and resource allocation,” said Bjorn Westerholm, Mobilaris’ chief executive officer.
