NEW YORK-Wireless enterprise company Antenna Software Inc. announced it acquired mobile systems integrator RPA Wireless Inc. for an undisclosed sum. Antenna said the move creates a combined company with more than 90 enterprise customers and thousands of users worldwide.
Antenna offers its A3 mobile enterprise applications as a hosted solution to companies of any size. The product helps businesses manage an enterprise-wide mobile deployment, including multiple devices, carriers and networks. RPA manages network connections to a variety of wireless carriers.

In other acquisition news, Scanbuy Inc. said it acquired intellectual property from International Wireless Inc., a move the company said will improve its scanning and bar code reading technology. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Scanbuy recently announced its new ScanZoom application, which the company said allows camera-phone users to scan bar codes.
