GREENSBORO, N.C.-RF Micro Devices Inc. announced production shipments of its RF3133 PowerStar power amplifier module to LG Electronics for use in the company’s GSM/GPRS handsets recently released for the U.S. market.
The LG G4010 and LG G4050 handsets became available last month through Cingular Wireless L.L.C. and are expected to be available through AT&T Wireless Services Inc. next year.
