T-Mobile, Verizon to offer new Motorola phones

LIBERTYVILLE, Ill.-With the holiday season around the corner, Motorola Inc. made several device-related announcements.

The company said the new Motorola V300 camera phone will be available through T-Mobile USA Inc. nationwide next week. The phone, which retails for $100, includes a digital camera, color display, multimedia messaging services and ring tones in its clamshell design.

Motorola also said its C343 mobile phone is now available through Verizon Wireless. The phone features a color screen, enhanced messaging service and interchangeable covers. It retails for $80.

Finally, the company introduced Mobile PhoneTools 2.0, a software solution that links a Motorola phone and a PC to allow consumers to share information between the two units. The new version is compatible with the V300 handset and will be compatible with most future phone models.
