DALLAS—Titan Global Holdings Inc. said its board of directors has approved the formation of a wholly owned subsidiary to operate the wireless portions of its Bravo Cellular and Oblio Telecom Inc. units.
The new subsidiary will operate under the Titan Wireless Communications Inc. name, said the company. Titan said the wireless business unit may create new wireless products, and may acquire other mobile virtual network operators.
Oblio launched the Bravo Cellular prepaid wireless service a year ago and now serves 22,500 customers. Oblio said it will continue to own and operate its prepaid international calling card business.
