MURRAY HILL, N.J.-Lucent Technologies has released the latest version of its MiLife SurePay Solutions Suite for prepaid solutions.
SurePay Version 10 supports all rating and charging needs for prepaid and postpaid fixed and wireless services on one converged system, which streamlines carrier operations and allows for faster market rollout, according to Lucent. The solution also can support more potential users in a smaller footprint, which could reduce hardware costs and operating costs per subscriber. The solution can be deployed in an individual network or simultaneously across multiple network types.
“SurePay enables mobile operators to create a virtually unlimited number of pricing plans to target customer segments, or even individual subscribers. Operators can offer special promotions and more personalized services, making it easier to attract new customers,” explained Lucent’s Roger Derrien. “This means more choices for the consumer, increased customer satisfaction and superior retention.”
