VERNON HILLS, Ill.-Telular Corp. has released dual-band versions of its SX5 GSM/GPRS Phonecell fixed wireless phone and fixed wireless terminal. The new version operates in the 850 MHz and 1900 MHz frequency bands.
“The SX5 GSM/GPRS 1900 MHz product we have been selling in the GSM markets in the Americas has been very well received,” said Dan Wonak, senior vice president of marketing at Telular. “This timely addition to our product portfolio provides carriers with the tools needed to broaden their service offering, whether in the home or behind the PBX in an enterprise environment.”
