LONDON-In contrast to other telecommunications companies, which are cutting costs and employees, U.K.-based customer relationship management and billing provider Cerillion Technologies said it plans to increase its work force by 50 percent during the next 12 months.
The company said recruitment for the development and implementation divisions of the company is already under way, and its sales and market divisions have already added more staff.
Cerillion noted that it has won 10 new customers total in North America, Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe during the past year.
“The telecom industry is starting to revive after two years of difficult financial conditions,” said Louis Hall, chief executive officer of the company. “As a result, more projects for billing systems are being launched.”
