The technology customizes e-mail text for wireless devices, helping consumers overcome the physical limitations of the small screens. Wireless2Web also offers TalkBack, a feature that allows users to verbally respond to text e-mail, includes possibilities for multimedia messaging and allows users to filter messages so only desired content is received.
