Tahoe releases CDMA IP blocks for multiple wireless standards

AUBURN, Calif.-Tahoe Semiconductor Inc. said it has unveiled its CDMA radio-frequency front end and integrated VCO Internet Protocol blocks for multiple wireless standards.

The blocks will use Jazz Semiconductor SiGe BiCMOS process.

“We believe these blocks will enable our customers to significantly reduce their design cycle times, allowing them to get their products to market faster,” said Paul Kempf, chief technical officer and vice president of engineering at Jazz Semiconductor.
