GREENSBORO, N.C.-RF Micro Devices Inc. announced the availability of the RF3394, RF3395, RF3396, RF3397 and RF3398 RF amplifier integrated circuit gain blocks.
According to RFMD, the devices, which meet requirements of wireless infrastructure applications, are a solution for circuit blocks, including IF and RF amplifiers and buffers, driver stages for power amplifiers and the final power amplifier for some low-power applications.
