BIA Digital Partners invests in Towers of Texas

CHANTILLY, Va.-Private investment fund BIA Digital Partners L.P. invested $5.7 million in Towers of Texas Inc., facilitating the creation of a new $20 million senior debt facility. “This gives us the equity-like capital that allows us to grow, without the cost or loss of control associated with traditional equity investments,” said Charles Bednorz, vice president of Tower of Texas. The company owns 104 towers.
