TORONTO-Redline Communications Inc. has received $10 million in second-round venture financing led by Telemedia Corp. and other existing investors to expand sales and distribution for its Access Node 50.
AN-50 is a non-line-of-site, broadband fixed wireless system that uses orthogonal frequency division multiplexing, OFDM, to provide data speeds of up to 72 megabits per second in a range of at least 50 miles in the license-exempt 5.8 GHz frequency band.
