SUNNYVALE, Calif.-Proxim Corp. has hired two new senior executives: David Olson as senior vice president of operations and services and Stephen Dix as vice president of LAN sales.
“David and Stephen both bring extraordinary experience and depth to Proxim in two critical areas,” said Jonathan Zakin, chairman and chief executive officer of Proxim. “In David’s case, increasing operating effectiveness to drive down inventory and increase margins, and for Stephen, to establish ORiNOCO as the pre-eminent wireless LAN brand for medium and small businesses.”
