NEW YORK-As part of its bankruptcy filing, Devon Mobile Communications L.P. intends to sell all of its rights, title and interest in nine wireless licenses and related personal communications network in Pennsylvania to the highest and best offers it receives by March 7. The assets cover approximately 3.5 million potential customers in Pittsburgh, Erie, State College, DuBois, Sharon, Oil City, New Castle, Meadville and Indiana.
The auction is being conducted in the New York offices of Brown, Raysman, Millstein, Felder & Steiner L.L.P. and is being facilitated with the help of Legg Mason Wood Walker Inc.
