LITTLE ROCK, Ark.-A class-action lawsuit has been filed against Motorola Inc. on behalf of purchasers of the company’s publicly traded securities between Feb. 3, 2002, and May 14, 2001.
The plaintiffs, represented by Cauley Geller Bowman & Coates L.L.P., allege defendant Carl Koenemann issued a series of materially false and misleading statements regarding Motorola’s financial results, causing Motorola common stock to be artificially inflated.
