CINCINNATI-Convergys Corp. announced BT Retail, a U.K.-based communications service provider for residential and business markets, has chosen Convergys’ Geneva software as its billing platform.
Geneva will be used to bill all new services including Internet telephony and access, as well as mobile services for small and medium-sized businesses and Openzone, BT’s public wireless local area network product.
