LONDON-Cambridge Positioning Systems Ltd. will license its Cursora E-OTD (Enhanced Observed Time Difference) location technology to L.M. Ericsson for integration into Ericsson’s Mobile Positioning System.
“Seeing major global companies integrate your technology-and then offer it to their customers-is a significant development for our business,” said Chris Wade, CPS’s chief executive. “It underlines that there is real industry commitment behind E-OTD with major vendors not only adopting the technology but also their customers deploying it.”
