Network and subscriber intelligence provider Astellia unveiled a new look for the brand, including a previously unseen logo and overall company identity. The company noted that the change better represents the organization’s commitment to market demands in the operator value chain.
Astellia CEO Christian Queffelec said the business has noticeably changed since the original company identity was established nearly 15 years ago.
“Founded on the core values of ambition, customer satisfaction, innovation and excellence, we needed our logo, tagline and corporate color palette to reflect these core values and to support our positioning in the market.”
The new logo features mostly black, capital letters, with the final ‘a’ of the group’s name featured as a lowercase blue character. The tagline reads “Beyond the network,” signifying the company’s wide range of mobile operator solutions, including programs for technical, customer care, marketing and commercial divisions.
“The new logo reflects Astellia’s dedication to delivering customer service excellence and its intent to be the frontrunner in actionable network and subscriber intelligence,” the company stated.
A top Astellia offer is its Nova solution, which allows mobile operators to manage networks, better utilize big data and improve the customer experience and overall satisfaction through organizational intelligence. Many technical teams rely on this solution, as it provides resources for subscriber-focused optimization initiatives and handling of customer complaints. The technology also enables the marketing and commercial sectors of a business to gain an improved understanding of customer usage and service perception.
This isn’t the only milestone the company has experienced recently. Astellia was also given the opportunity to support mobile network quality enhancements of Orange Moldova. The carrier currently serves more than one million subscribers and will leverage Astellia’s solutions for customer and network analytics, as well as KPI trend analysis. Astellia managing director Sebastien Schultz said the new contract underscores the two group’s partnership established in 2005.
“We are honored to be recognized by Orange Moldova as a strategic partner to help them deliver reliable 4G connections, smoother interoperability with their legacy networks and ultra-fast mobile broadband services,” Schultz said.
