SUNNYVALE, Calif.-The Pen&Internet division of Parascript announced the final beta release of its riteMail electronic ink e-mail software and service for wireless platforms.
According to Pen&Internet, riteMail-an application that uses electronic ink to allow users to send handwritten messages and drawings via e-mail-has already attracted more than 10,000 registered users. “This is a critical step towards the next phase in electronic ink: unified note-taking with Advanced Notes Recognition,” said Leonid Kitainik, general manager of Parascript Pen&Internet.
