NTT to launch WLAN service July 1

TOKYO-NTT DoCoMo Inc. will launch wireless local area network service July 1, dubbed “Mzone.”

Mzone initially will be implemented in nine locations throughout Tokyo. The service is capable of data speeds up to 11 megabits per second.
