Meizu M9: An “Android iPhone 4”
Now Meizu has taken it one step further by giving the Android 2.2 Froyo smartphone it’s on official webpage (see source link at bottom), full list of specs and even a release date (Dec 25th) with December 26th shipping date.
Resembling the iPhone 4 in styling minus the glass backing and the addition of extra buttons up front, the Meizu M9 brags a 3.5-inch 960×640 display, 1GHz S5PC110 processor (similar to the Samsung Galaxy S), Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, microSDHC support, A-GPS, GSM, EDGE, GPRS, WCDMA, HSDPA and HSUPA frequencies.
Now how does that sound for an smartphone that isn’t from the big boys. Launching in China on Christmas day, we hope to see this in the States by early 2011.
