SAN FRANCISCO—Soma Networks said it signed a contract with NTT Communications Corp. to conduct market trials of its wireless broadband voice and data solution in Japan.
The trials should begin in early summer, pending approval of the trial spectrum license, which is likely to be in the 2.5 GHz to 2.7 GHz frequency band.
