STOCKHOLM, Sweden—Ericsson said it signed a contract to supply General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) mobile handset platforms to Taiwanese original design manufacturer GVC Corporation.
“By this agreement, we get to use Ericsson’s world-class platform technology,” said David Su, president of GVC. “We are confident that this offering will enable GVC to launch new products quickly.”
