BANGALORE: City-based Acropetal Technologies Ltd today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire two US-based companies LineBeyondInc , and Optech Consulting Inc.
LineBeyond is valued at $ 5 million and Optech at $ 7 million, respectively, the company said in a statement.
Acropetal said it acquired 100 per cent of LineBeyond and 70 per cent of Optech Consulting Inc. The cost of acquisition of these companies is $ 4.9 million each.
