ATLANTA—Glenayre Technologies Inc. announced it will integrate Philips Speech Processing’s SpeechPearl speech recognition engine into its Versera Voice Services suite.
Glenayre’s Versera suite offers users voice-driven navigation of voice mail, e-mail and fax messages, dial by voice, and a voice controlled address book. “SpeechPearl supports more than 35 languages, which will help Glenayre further strengthen the company’s well-established global presence,” said Frank Caris, president of the telephony division of Philips Speech Processing.
