OTTAWA, Ontario—EMS Technologies Inc. and Cabit Systems have launched the Cabit Online Service Bureau (OSB) packet data satellite solution, which the companies call a total communications solution for the transportation industry.
The Cabit OSB operates on the TMI Communications MSAT satellite network, using the EMS PDT-100 as the satellite terminal. With the new software, transportation companies can access: real-time messaging, signatures, customizable data packets, electronic billing, log book reports and fuel reports.
