SALT LAKE CITY, Utah-Sierra Wireless and WirelessReady Alliance members Padcom, Panasonic and AT&T Wireless announced they will together offer a bundled wireless data solution to law enforcement officials and other public safety industry workers.
With the bundled solution, officers will be able to send and receive data messages over AT&T’s Cellular Digital Packet Data network or the wireless LAN using the Panasonic Toughbook loaded with Padcom’s TotalRoam Ellipse software, a LAN card and the Sierra Wireless AirCard 300 wireless network card.
