SARAJEVO, Bosnia—The Bosnia Communications Regulatory Agency (CRA) said it cancelled a tender for a third GSM operator following criticism about the tender process from two bidders.
Austria’s Mobilkom and Croatia’s Hrvatske Telekomunikacije sent separate letters expressing concern about the tender terms, according to international press reports.
The government had criticized the CRA for setting the license price too low at around US$880,000.
