SUNNYVALE, Calif.-Adaptive Broadband Corp. named Alan Geddes, who has previously served as chief financial officer at companies including InSilicon Corp., QRS Corp., Global Med Technologies Inc., PeopleMed.com Inc., Ednet Inc., and Oncogenetics Inc., its new executive vice president and chief financial officer. Geddes succeeds Peter J. Maloney, who recently was appointed to the newly created position of senior vice president of corporate development to focus on strategic, customer and market initiatives.
On another note, Adaptive Broadband also recently announced it is undergoing a review of its financial results and reporting criteria for past periods, including its June 30, 2000 fiscal year-end. The company said it plans to report the results of that review and file its Form 10-K for the transition year ended December 31, 2000 in the near future.
