PLEASANTON, Calif.- InPhonic Inc., a developer and manager of virtual private networks, signed an agreement with Nhancement Technologies Inc., a unified communications and information provider, to acquire 1 million inUnison mailboxes to be integrated into InPhonic’s wireless solutions.
Under a revenue-sharing model, both companies will benefit from monthly subscriber fees, telephony charges and advertising revenue. The service is expected to be launched during the second quarter, with migration strategies to unified information services over several months.
