SPB Software, a leading mobile software developer, was chosen by Fujitsu to improve the user interface and expand the functionality for their new Android Fujitsu REGZA Phone T-01C device. The new smartphone was designed to combine fun and cutting-edge capabilities of a smartphone with the benefits of conventional mobile phones. To meet the needs of users who want to have the convenient and eye-thrilling interface, easy access to all frequently used functions and follow the latest updates on their favorite social networks Fujitsu invited SPB Software to develop the number of usability tools.
Working in a strong cooperation with Fujitsu SPB Software aimed to deliver to its users the outstanding mobile user experience to make the use of the new device as pleasant and handy as possible. The solution includes the NX!UI home-screen interface that is a featured replacement of default Launcher. Through 16 pallets created in accordance with the Toshiba style interface guidelines, it provides users with an instant and easy access to 16 different services and features such as calculator, RSS, calendar, most visited sites and most used apps, calls history, bookmarks, emails and sms services, popular social networks and others.
Exclusively for Fujitsu SPB Software has developed StarMemo – the application to create, keep and share all kinds of notes which can contain not only texts, but also other information: website news, map routes from a train station, favorite Twitter (TM) tweets. StarMemo allows saving handwritten and voice messages, photos and videos. All the saved StarMemos can be uploaded directly to mixi, Twitter (TM) or Picasa (TM) accounts and shared with friends. In addition to this SPB Software has created the set of widgets for the quick access to the alarm, digital time and notes.
