CALGARY, Canada-Cell-Loc Inc. announced it plans to create a new division to license and sell its location-based Cellocate product.
The company plans to sell the product to companies beyond its TimesThree subsidiary, allowing TimesThree to continue its focus on deploying and delivering its location network in the United States.
Cell-Loc’s President and Chief Executive Officer Michel Fattouche said the move was in response to the interest in network-based wireless location equipment generated by the Federal Communications Commission’s E 911 mandate.
