CARACAS, Venezuela-Venezuelan telecom regulator Conatel said bidding rules for the auction of 20 wireless local loop (WLL) licenses in the 3.4 GHz to 3.6 GHz frequency band are available. Four 50-megahertz licenses will be granted in each of five regions.
The regulator has not yet set a date for the auction.
