WESTBOROUGH, Mass.-Arch Communications Group Inc. reported a second-quarter net loss of $21.5 million, or 33 cents per share, compared with a net loss of $111.2 million, or $5.65 per share, reported this time last year.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization increased to $62 million from $42 million listed for the second quarter last year. Revenues rose to $179 million from $126 million.
Units in service continued to fall, with 107,000 lost during the quarter. Combined with 90,000 lost due to internal adjustments, Arch’s subscriber base is now 6.6 million.
