According to Nokia’s research, operators and call centers are receiving a steady increase in customer-service phone calls related to phone usage. The company feels the new Web site can help users learn how to use their phones while further enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction.
The site, www.NokiaHowTo.com, provides a three-step process enabling users to select a particular feature from any Nokia phone that they would like to learn more about, and provides the ability to click on each step for a demonstration.
