UNISITE PLANS TO ACQUIRE 66 SITES

TAMPA, Fla.-UniSite Inc. plans to acquire 66 telecommunications towers in 12 states in two
separate transactions. Financial details of the arrangements were not disclosed.

The company is buying 27 towers in
Arkansas, Kansas and Missouri from Charles W. McCullough, Jo-Carroll McCullough and Stateline Communications
Inc. The towers have an average height of 225 feet and all have enough remaining capacity to accommodate broadband
and narrowband attachments, said the company.

UniSite also plans to purchase 39 towers in Arkansas, Georgia,
Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas and West Virginia from Max Bowen
Enterprises. Those towers have an average height of 250 feet.
