The dates were wrong in a May 17 story about an AT&T Wireless Services Inc. network outage in New York. The outage occurred on May 9 and 10. Also, the lawsuit against AT&T Wireless was not due to the outage. The incidents are separate, and AT&T believes the lawsuit is without merit, as it ignores disclosures in every Digital One Rate contract that the service may be subject to occasional disruptions.
