NEW YORK-Electric Fuel Corp. said it now is selling its Zinc-Air disposable batteries for cellular phones through the company’s Web site.
The Motorola Inc. MicroTAC series 2900 mAh disposable battery is available in a single pack for $20, a two-pack for $35 and a three-pack for $48.
Electric Fuel Corp. said availability of the batteries will expand to include standard and ultra-capacity versions for the Motorola MicroTAC series, the Nokia Corp. 5100, 6100 and 7100 series, and the L.M. Ericsson 300, 600, 800 and 1000 series. The line also will include an auxiliary battery for the Motorola StarTAC series.
