ORLANDO, Fla.-Bellcore announced its AirBoss Wireless Solutions unit will offer access to
Lotus Domino databases via the Inter@ctive 950 two-way pager from Research In Motion Ltd.
Users of the pager
and the BellSouth Intelligent Wireless Network will gain real-time access to Lotus Notes Mail, Director, Calendar and
other business data applications, said Bellcore.
The AirBoss/Microbrowser, incorporated into the pager, can access
Handheld Device Markup Language content, in which Lotus Wireless Domino Access is written. Commercial
availability for the product is scheduled for the second quarter.
