TOPP UNVEILS NEW AD CAMPAIGN

LAS VEGAS-Topp Telecom Inc. unveiled its new $20 million national advertising campaign at
the International Consumer Electronics Show last week, featuring TV ads produced by the director of the Little
Caesar’s “Pizza Pizza” campaign, as well as local radio spots.

The company also announced Nokia
Corp. signed a licensing agreement to include Topp’s prepaid wireless technology, called TracFone, in Nokia’s 918P
analog phones.

TracFone is a “pay-as-you-go” cellular phone technology adding prepaid capabilities
directly into the handset so it may be bought in retail stores and used immediately. The company claims more than
15,000 retail locations sell the product, including 7-Eleven, Circuit City and RadioShack stores.

Nokia joins Uniden
Corp. and Motorola Inc. as handset providers with TracFone technology.

Airtime for the phones is provided through
resale agreements with some 65 cellular carriers nationwide.

Topp Telecom said it plans to reintroduce a prepaid
paging plan in the latter half of the year.
